Buddy Up!






CHALLENGE:  Losing weight takes time and motivation. Sometimes family members and friends are not supportive of your weight-loss efforts and their lack of support can become an obstacle to success.

SOLUTION:  In this week's meeting, you will learn how helpful weight-loss buddies can be at providing the support and motivation they need to keep going. You will learn how to find buddies with similar goals who can help you stay strong in your commitment to make positive changes.
