Moving Matters






THE CHALLENGE:  We all know physical activity is good for us, but we don't always want to do it. For many of us, exercise is a low priority -- something we do sporadically -- if at all. Some feel that exercise has to be time consuming difficult demanding or a drag .

Staying on Track with Tracking
