Weekly Motivational Message

Good Snowy and Cold Morning Everyone,
Last week we focused on Setting Inspirational Goals. We always want to have our end plan in mind (Lifetime Achievement and Goal Weight) but we also need small inspirational steps to make it happen. Have you set your long-range goal yet? What about your 1st goal?
Remember, the journey of 1,000 miles begins with one step. Look in your Pocket Guide for your long-term goal and then start with your 1st step.By having both your long-term and short-term goals in mind, did it help you make better choices last week?
This week we are focusing on The Lowdown on Liquids. With Super Bowl Sunday just around the corner, we need to understand the importance of all liquids in our weight-loss efforts.
