Weight Watchers Weekly Motivational Message

Happy Labor Day Weekend!
 
Last week we focused on our "Zones".
What low energy-dense foods are you enjoying that help you live in the Comfort Zone? What are you learning about your hunger signals? Remember to ask yourself every 2 to 4 hours the following questions:
AM I HUNGRY?
WHAT AM I HUNGRY FOR?

This week we are focusing on LOSE FOR GOOD!
 
Weight Watchers is proud to announce the Lose for Good initiative. For every pound of weight lost by Weight Watchers members between 9/7/08 and 10/18/08, WW will donate the equivalent of a pound of food -- up to $1 million dollars worth -- to people around the world who need it!
 
We will be talking about it a lot more in the meeting next week, so don't miss it!
 
Remember, it is FREE registration and NO MISSED meeting fees. Also, Lifetime members can come back for $10 a week!

Weekly Motivational Message

Hi Everyone,

 

Last week our focus was on "Going for the Gold."

 

Have you set an interim goal on your way to Lifetime Status? How does setting an attainable goal (5% Target, 10% Target, 25, 50, 75, or 100 pounds lost) help you feel motivated? Tell me about it!

 

This week we will focus on the Weight Watchers Zones. Come and learn why we eat more than we should and how we can manager our Comfort Zone!

 

Tomorrow kicks off our FREE registration period. So, if it has been awhile since you have been to a meeting, come next week and you will not be charged for missed meeting fees or registration. Also, lifetime members who are over goal will only pay $10 per week.

 

Bring a friend starting on 9/7 and you will receive a "Lose for Good" Tote Bag!

Are you following the Olympics? What great sporting events and we are only 7 days into it!
 
Last week we talked about Weight Watchers -- Then and Now
 
What did you learn about the TurnAround program that has helped you be more successful with your weight loss?
 
This week we will spend time on Steps to your Dream: The Ultimate Weight Goal
 
You will learn the value of setting short-term goals. You will also learn how to determine effective short-term and ultimate weight goals. Are you confused about what your weight-goal should be? All your answers will be found at the meeting!

Weight Watchers Motivational Message for the week of August 10th

Hi Everyone!
 
Last week we focused on the Olympics and how they are going to inspire us to exercise more.
 
Have you devised your exercise plan yet? Does it have fun in it?
What techniques are you going to use to learn to LOVE exercise? Tell me about it.
 
Next week our focus will be on Weight Watchers: Then and Now

 

We will learn all about the history of Weight Watchers and I will pose many questions about the TurnAround program to you. If you have questions, bring them to the meeting!

 

Our goal is to increase your confidence about Weight Watchers.
