This week's topic is Treat Yourself Well.
We will be focusing on finding healthy indulgences, both food and non-food, and why they are important in our weight-loss journey. Taking care of ourselves is extremely important and we need to continue to give ourselves "treats" throughout the summer and still remain in control.
